Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities: • Attend in-person client meetings to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems • Update, maintain and monitor all aspects of electronics and computer systems • Install and configure electronic systems and applications • Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve problems • Complete detailed reports of support requests, steps taken, and the dates and people involved • Help management create training materials on electronic and electrical components, troubleshooting and usage • Be the first point of contact for electronics and system concerns from clients, and keep log sheets and documentation on warranties and instruction guides Eligibility: • Diploma in ECE or Electrical Engineering (minimum 15 years of regular education) • Not more than 3 years of gap in education Salary: up to ₹3 lakh a year. Experienced candidates: a hike on current salary (up to ₹30,000).
